Affordable, Flexible Pricing Built For The Grant Recipient

The most powerful grant management solution in the world can’t help if no one can afford it. And in the current economy grant recipients are looking for new and creative ways to bring in more funding… not more expenses. We understand the budget constraints faced by most grant recipients today, and we’ve priced our systems accordingly.

Pay only for what you need – GrantNavigator is priced based upon the number of user licenses you need, and the number of awarded grants managed in the system – it’s as simple as that. We don’t consider arbitrary factors like grant revenues, budget or population size. We’ve worked with extremely grant-active small organizations, and very large organizations just getting started – and our pricing model is the same for both.

Solutions, not hardware – GrantNavigator is a fully web-based system taking advantage of the latest technologies to drive cost-effectiveness. This means you can improve your grant operations without the burden of investing in purchasing and maintaining hardware, the costs and time delays of system integration or the unexpected upgrade fees associated with enterprise software.

Affordable, fixed price options – Recognizing that our costs don’t escalate on a 1 to 1 ratio with your grant activity, we don’t believe your price should either. For those grant recipients managing approximately 30 grants or more annually, we offer low, fixed-price packages providing unlimited use of the system. If your grant activity decreases, then adjust your subscription to one of our smaller packages or pay by the unit and your cost decreases with your activity. However with fixed-price, unlimited packages, if your grant activity increases, your costs remain the same. How many systems on the market today offer this sort of right-sized pricing flexibility and caps on their pricing?

Pay for GrantNavigator with Grant Dollars – We understand how grant funding works and built our fee structures accordingly to ensure our clients have the option of paying for their subscription costs using grant dollars, not their general fund. We only charge for post-award activity, we don’t charge for access to our grant search database, and we don’t care how many pre-award grant projects you’re managing in the system… One more time… pre-award activity has NO impact on your subscription costs. Based on our consultation with AICPA auditors and program officers, we’ve structured our pricing purely on post-award activity so that you have the option of using an indirect cost rate or a portion of the administrative cost component of your grant programs to pick up the tab.
